Our comprehensive, all day package. The complete experience for our clients. Morning preparation, arrivals and ceremony, wedding breakfast or afternoon reception and coverage of the evening party.

Sapphire
Our middle range package for fuller coverage of your wedding. 5/6 hours of photography, the arrivals, ceremony, wedding breakfast and first dance in the evening.

Emerald
The Emerald package has proven popular with past clients. Ideal for the shorter wedding, or the registry office. Three hours of consecutive photography. 150 images on a presentation usb and secure, online gallery.
Emerald will typically cover the arrival of the bride and groom, the ceremony and drinks reception. Of course, you can include our optional extras to build your own package.

Pre Wedding or Engagement Shoot
We also offer pre wedding or engagement shoots as a stand alone offer, or as part of the wedding package for our clients. A venue or setting of your choice, or we can make our own suggestions.
Bath and the surrounding area prove very popular. Settings such as the Royal Crescent, Circus, or Clifton Suspension Bridge in Bristol. If you wish us to cover both your engagement shoot and wedding, we can of course reflect a discount in your final package.

The Booking Process
Once you have decided to choose Icarus Photography, confirming your choice by e-mail or phone. We then like to meet you, our new clients and discuss your needs. We can make suggestions, yet most importantly we wish to fulfil your wishes.
We will host at least one meeting, perhaps more. This is your special day, after all. We will also ask you to sign a contract and outline our policy for payment. This is normally a deposit, and two further payments, shortly before and after the wedding.
